This is the only combination I've seen that behavior on, a 5320 + WD15 works fine, which is particularly interesting when you consider the NIC driver for those two docks is identical. Trying to keep this relatively short, basically when we boot a 5320 to PE from a WD19 dock, if I run ipconfig repeatedly I can see the dock's NIC appear, get a v6 local link, & disappear (not show a disconnected state, but actually disappear) before getting a v4 lease, it does this on a ~20 second loop. A notification message will pop up asking you, " Are you sure that you want to apply changes?" Click Ok and then click exit.
